Straight from Gamescom 2011 comes a hot new Uncharted: Golden Abyss trailer! We're very excited to finally show some of our cinematic facial animation. This trailer focuses on some of the fresh new faces in the game.
Don't forget (as previously announced) we created almost TWO HOURS of facial animation for the game, so there is MUCH more to come. You'll be blown away, we promise.
Saints Row: The Third - NUTS

Earlier this year, we created animatics for Saints Row: The Third, THQ's out-of-control open world action game. Working closely with THQ-Volition, we created the camera and first pass character animations for several of their in-game cinematics.
While watching the footage above, if you find yourself asking, "Wait, did I just see what I think I just saw?" the answer is most likely "Yes."
Uncharted: Golden Abyss E3 Showoff

During their E3 Press Conference last night in Los Angeles, Sony highlighted Uncharted: Golden Abyss with a lengthy game play demo. Excellent work, Bend, and nice driving, Chris and John.
A quick snippet of our cinematic work can be seen at the beginning of the video. There will be much, much more to come!
Uncharted: Golden Abyss Title and Details Revealed

Sony has finally let the cat out of the bag. "Uncharted NGP" now has an official title - "Uncharted: Golden Abyss." We're thrilled that the gaming press and gamers at large are starting to see how awesome the game is shaping up.
As the good folks at Sony Bend have mentioned this past week in online interviews, more Golden Abyss details will be coming very soon.
And now...back to animating Nathan Drake and the gang!
Saints Row 3!

Scratch Image is pleased to announce our involvement in THQ's Saints Row 3 for the PS3, XBOX 360 and PC. We are providing animatics production for the game's real-time cinematics. Our role involves scene and camera direction as well as rough character animation. Our animatics will be used as the basis for the final scenes, to be produced at a later time.
It's great to be working with THQ again!
